Dennis Tay is a Leadership Coach who is passionate about serving others to grow, lead and create a positive impact.

​

As a pioneer coach in the Singapore Armed Forces, he has played a pivotal role in the design and teaching of coaching master classes to commanders. He has experience in large-scale initiatives to foster a coaching climate with his people for sustainable peak performance in operations and critical mission delivery.

​

He specialises in somatic foundation for leaders and is accredited to use engaging leadership tools from Real World Group UK, such as Transformational Leadership Questionnaire (TLQ), Leadership Climate Control Inventory (LCCI) and Board 360.



Fluent in English, Mandarin and German, he currently holds the portfolio as First Vice-President of the Asia Pacific Alliance of Coaches (APAC) to further the cause of coaching in the region.
